Award-winning director and producer with over 7 years of experience in film, documentary, broadcast, and live production. Directed projects for National Geographic Channel, Land Rover, China Central Television, and Johns Hopkins University. Served as editor for The Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medals, broadcast nationally on PBS.
Producer, technical director, and camera operator for over 100 live broadcast events for clients including the National Institutes of Health and the National Aeronautic Association, at venues such as the Library of Congress and the Organization of American States. These events have featured international ambassadors and diplomats representing more than 60 countries, including including Ambassador Xie Feng, Chinese Ambassador to the United States, as well as senior U.S. officials including former U.S. Treasury Secretaries Janet Yellen and Timothy Geithner; former U.S. Attorney General and Senator Jeff Sessions; former Senator and Ambassador Jeff Flake; former White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients and Denis McDonough; technology leaders Lisa Su (CEO of AMD) and Yann LeCun (Chief AI Scientist at Meta); policy leaders Andrew N. Ferguson (Chair of the FTC) and Mandy Cohen (Director of the CDC); former Connecticut Police Commissioner Henry Lee; and U.S. Representatives Judy Chu and Grace Meng.
Steven is also a Screening Committee Member at the Maryland Film Festival, contributing to film selection and evaluation. Director of Photography for the Saul Zaentz Innovation Fund documentary Ms. Willie, featuring the first secretary who joined Martin Luther King Jr.’s protest movement.
Throughout his career, Steven has collaborated closely with Emmy and Golden Rooster Award–winning creatives. He is dedicated to telling extraordinary stories with the highest production standards.
Steven earned a B.F.A. in Film and Television Production from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts (’22) and an M.A. in Film and Media from Johns Hopkins University (’24). Despite his extensive experience, he remains eager to learn from his peers and continues to approach every project with curiosity and humility.

Steven Lyu - DIRECTOR / PRODUCER
Evin Zhang is an award-winning animation artist. He is a Pipeline Technical Director and Lighting Technical Artist at More VFX, currently working on the blockbuster feature Wandering Earth III. He previously served as a Crowds Technical Director at DreamWorks Animation, a division of Universal Pictures, in Los Angeles.
Evin holds dual bachelor’s degrees from New York University: a B.F.A. in Film and Television Production with a concentration in Animation, and a B.A. in Computer Science. He later earned an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, specializing in Multimedia and Creative Technologies.
When Evin's not at the work desk, you may find him drawing sketches on the streets, in the parks, or on his couch.


EviN Zhang - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR / VFX / Animation
Professor Edward Pease is an adjunct professor at Anne Arundel Community College, where he teaches Media Production. He also works as a Video Editor at Johns Hopkins University.
Edward earned his Master’s degree in Film Production from Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on Sound Design, Immersive Storytelling, and Emerging Technologies.
His specialties include sound recording, mixing, and post-production, as well as video editing and visual effects. He has hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Blender, Unreal Engine, 360° video, virtual reality, augmented reality, and AI-driven media.
Fun Fact: Edward once served as a Secretary at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center!
